Can I collect my order myself?
No, Kebabish delivers only. There is no restaurant to eat in and no pickup option — we bring everything to your door.
Which towns do you deliver to?
We deliver within roughly 10 kilometres of Hoogkarspel. The Delivery area page lists exactly which towns that covers, and checkout checks your postcode automatically.
How does choosing a delivery time work?
You pick a delivery window yourself at checkout. Each window has a limited number of places, so the kitchen never gets flooded and your order really does arrive inside that slot. You can also order a few days ahead, which helps if you are planning something.
How can I pay?
You pay online through our payment partner Mollie, using iDEAL, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna. Prefer to order over WhatsApp? That works too — we then arrange payment between us.
Is there a delivery fee or a minimum order?
Any delivery fee and minimum order value are always shown in your basket and at checkout, before you pay. Nothing is ever added that you have not seen the amount of first.
I have an allergy. Where can I see the details?
Every dish lists which of the 14 legally declarable allergens it may contain. If you are unsure, or your allergy is severe, contact us before you order and we will go through it with you.
Can I still cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible over WhatsApp or by phone. Once we have started cooking we can no longer cancel an order — it is freshly prepared food.
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. An account does save your delivery address and order history, so your next order takes a few taps less.
Do you handle larger orders or catering?
Yes. For parties, company drinks and family gatherings we are happy to put something together. Get in touch over WhatsApp or take a look at our catering page.
